- What is included in a Service Call Fee?
The Service Call fee covers the cost of our Service Technician coming to your home or place and business, time required to diagnose a problem with your furnace or air conditioning unit, and a written estimate for repairs. Our experienced technician will tell you exactly what’s wrong and what it will cost to make the repair, regardless of how long it takes or how much material we use. The Service Call charge is waived if you agree to have our company do the repairs during the initial visit.
- What if I decide not to make the repairs?
You will only be responsible for paying the Service Call Fee. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
- Do you offer free estimates?
We only offer free estimates for replacement or installation of a brand new heating or cooling systems. If you furnace or air conditioning unit is in need of a repair, the Service Call fee will apply.
- What is the Process?
Once service call is scheduled, one of our experienced, professional and uniformed technicians will be dispatched to your home or a place of business. He will diagnose a problem that caused your HVAC system to break down. Service technician will then present you with a written estimate for repairs and/or replacement of any required components. If you agree with the price, the Service Call fee will be waived, and you will only be responsible to pay for the estimated cost of repairs. Our trucks are stocked with majority of parts needed for repairs, so most of the ac repairs are performed on the spot.
- Is There an Extra Charge for Overtime or Holidays?
We do not charge extra for after hours Service Call or Service Calls made on Holidays. You pay our current rate that will be quoted to you over the phone while scheduling an appointment.
- What Type of Payment do You Accept?
We accept cash, personal and business checks, and all major credit cards.
- Are Your Employees Covered in Case of Injury?
Yes, all of our employees are covered by Worker’s Compensation insurance.
